ROYAL PORCELLAIN MANUFACTURY (KPM) HOTEL BERLIN 2004 — With its 60-metre-high tower the hotel and office building marks the eastern approach to the newly developed KPM Quarter, at the centre of which the production facilities of the old-established porcelain manufactory are located. This ensures the urban presence of the site as a whole along the east-west axis. A seven-storey plinth building that functions as a hotel augments the development along the Straße des 17. Juni.
