DGNB Certificate in Gold for residential development Geisbergstraße, Berlin. The project envisages a programmatic conversion of the Post and Telegraph Office from 1925, which is under a preservation order, into an apartment building. Together with new parts that will be added the intention is to create a coherent ensemble that will take on an exemplary urban spatial function.
