SCHUCKERTHÖFE AT TREPTOWER PARK BERLIN 2023 – A revitalisation and expansion on the former factory grounds at Treptower Park creates a dense urban commercial quarter with an art and educational campus, offices, shops, dining, and sports. The listed historic buildings will combine with new structures to form an ensemble that is supplemented and connected by court-yards and passageways. Recognisable by the ceramic façades, the new edifices act as a visibly autonomous constructive layer which adds to the gradual historical development of the area.
