W&W CAMPUS // Opening in Kornwestheim - 08.02.2023

The Kornwestheim business campus of the Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG financial services group is now officially open. For the first time in company history, all W&W Group affiliates are gathered in one place.

Seven courtyard buildings are loosely arranged around a terraced campus that integrates the shared facilities. The ensemble fits well into the lively existing topography of the area. The campus provides a total of 4,000 workplaces. The restaurant and café, sports and leisure facilities, and the conference and education areas are all within easy reach of each other. As the general planner, O&O Baukunst is responsible for the construction of the 160,000-square-metre campus.
