The new Sparkasse Rhein Neckar Nord bank is an urban building block that melds with the ensemble on Paradeplatz, showing the way to the future. The bright atrium of the new building opens into a timber structure that hovers above the flowing, column-free space of the Sparkasse on the ground floor. The central hall acts as an open market and trading place. The resource-friendly hybrid timber construction and the flexible structure create a building for the future.
