"The Fair City is another building block for the development of the right bank of the Rhine in Cologne. Historically, the combination of clinker and light stone has a glorious tradition that dates from the Romans to the Renaissance to American skyscrapers.
We are therefore in an illustrious company who likes to combine economical building with insignia of the high-grade fine. We therefore propose, in general to dress up the facades of the new building with elements of burnt clay. Visual enrichment also provides a second facade material: the Oberkirchner sandstone - conceptual thought also as a greeting to the cathedral.
