LIVING ISAR // Topping-out ceremony - 22.09.2020

Topping-out crown ceremonially raised in Munich´s district Giesing.

On the former Osram terrain a new quarter with 17 houses and a total of around 420 apartments and two kindergartens is being built. The slabs of the Isarauenpark are the model for the elevated fields on which the polygonal buildings stand. The arrangement of the buildings creates an urban fabric without a rigid geometric system.
The former Osram area, which was previously closed, now opens up to the neighborhood and forms a publicly accessible "green passage" to the Isar River.
