CHANGE OF NAME // Siemensstadt 2.0 is now Siemensstadt ² - 05.03.2021

Following a public vote, Siemens announced last Friday that the future Siemensstadt 2.0 urban development project in Berlin, conceived and designed by O&O architecture, will now be known by the name Siemensstadt².

“Siemensstadt Square: A name that stands for a place to meet, live, work in,” explained board member Cedrik Neike. The name also refers to the newly emerging, central square—the heart of the new Siemensstadt.
